Why This Exists
This is not the main Lobby product. It is a narrower proof: can a hospitality team get faster draft replies and captions without losing the tone they want guests to hear?
The assistant uses strict rules for length, tone, known complaints, and social formatting. That makes it more useful than a blank chat window when a busy staff member needs a first draft.
